2. Items sent to buyer are guaranteed to be in good condition and check before shipping.
3. First come first serve basis. No reservations. Only place your order when you are ready.
4. Delivery is on Tuesday to Friday at Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Sepang, Shah Alam and Subang Jaya. Other place is on weekend only.
5. Price advertised is without delivery charges.
6. Serious buyer only. Payment will be forfeited upon cancellation.
7. Payment method : Cash only. Cash on delivery only at Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Shah Alam, Sepang and Subang Jaya.
